FIXOLOGY DIRECTOR AND PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Ex International Athlete, Personal Trainer, Sports and Women’s Health Physiotherapist, perimenopausal mother of two boys.

Ruth founded Fixology because she wanted to help women get better treatment and holistic care through motherhood, to menopause and beyond. Since starting her career as an elite sports physiotherapist in 2004 she has constantly evolved her practice, including developing expertise in visceral (organ) mobilisation, neural manipulation and cranial treatment.

Ruth is growing the Fixology practice to be a one-stop-shop for holistic healthcare, including classes and training to help people of all ages and backgrounds. She is always driving and ensuring excellence at Fixology.
